Our dream to own a purebred Red Angus seedstock herd began years ago when we were running a commercial herd. Through that we learned that the Red Angus cow was the best cow a guy could own. She was docile, efficient, maternal, and her red hide helped her be heat tolerant. The occasion to begin our own Registered Red Angus herd presented itself when a local respected and knowledgeable breeder, Gary Jacobson, decided to downsize his herd. We ended up buying a good chunk of top-end cattle from him, and with his assistance, our own breeding program has been launched! We are a partner in the annual Jacobson Red Angus bull sale, and we're excited to be part of the industry! We hope to be a go-to supplier of top Red Angus genetics for many years to come!
